Afternoon all,
Our fixed term finishes at the end of October, will the bank send out new offers are will they just it to fall back on the svr? Also, does anyone know if the same lender will do any incentives to try and keep you? Ie waive the product fee of give a better % compared to what's online?
Thanks!

It all depends on which lender you're with and what products/offers they have at the time.0

1. Depends on the lender
2. Existing borrowers sometimes get better rates offered as against new borrowers. Or it can be vice-versa.I am a Mortgage Broker
