Hi one of my debts has been transferred to RW, wonder what they are like as they asked a lot of questions when I made contact with them. Anyone else had dealings with them. Thanks

They are a debt collection agency, no better, or worse than any other.
Why are you contacting them ?
You are under no obligation to answer any of there questions, hence why phone contact is inadvisable.
Make them work for there blood money, never ring them, deal with them in writing only, or you can make payment arrangements through there website.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
