There is a pensions tracing service that's government-run. You'll probably need details of when and who you were employed by over the years for them to trace any for you.
I've found the service:
https://www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details
It seems if the company isn't listed on there, that you can then access Companies House website as it holds names of all closed and existing companies registered in the UK.0
