With GOT being shot predominantly in NI, has anyone else seen / met any of the actors?

I was on a flight with Jonathan Pryce who played the High Sparrow



And my wife was sitting beside John Bradley who plays Samwell Tarley on a flight to Manchester last Thursday

Not seen any that I've recognised to date, but most of my work flights are from Dublin due to the lower APD. A friend on facebook saw Emilia Clarke and said she was very pleasant, judging that she was happy to take multiple selfies I'd say that's probably true

Never watched it although I've just googled this Kit Harrington fella my girl friends swoon over and I'm afraid he does nowt for me

I've noticed the small fella and the hot blonde one (actually dark in real life) when I've been out jogging on the towpath a few times. You see the Irish ones pretty often, usually spot at least one in the Lyric when something good is on.


Fantastic press for NI. I must say I love the show. Hopefully we can do what Dubrovnik and Iceland are doing successfully and use the show to attract tourism.

Met Maisie Williams and her Mum in Bristol Airport (we'd all been on the same flight from Belfast). They were both very chatty and Maisie was happy to pose for a quick photo.

Around town, I have seen Kit Harington, Alfie Allen, Nicolaj Coster-Waldau and Gwendoline Christie.


Kristian Nairn (Hodor) and I used to frequent a few of the same clubs at the same time and he stole my shoes once. That was years ago, though.

Spotted Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane) in Heathrow waiting for the same flight to Belfast, Surprised how small he was!

I had dinner at the next table to Kit Harington and Thomas Brodie-Sangster (Jojen Reed) in Made in Belfast a couple of years ago. There was a third person who I'm pretty sure was Jerome Flynn (Bronn), but I'm not 100%.
