Order Charging land. N.ireland

Hi, I've just been issued with two orders charging land for non payment of rates. Both debts amount approx £2300.
I live in Northern Ireland. I am in a position to pay one off and work on the other one. However. What I'm not clear about is if I have a CCJ. The date on the order is 28tj July. On the registry trust site it says if debt is paid within 30 days the judgement will not be on file. Has anyone any knowledge of this? Much appreciated if you have!

Hi,
Is this the same as non payment of council tax, or am I on the wrong track completely ?
Assuming it is, they would need a CCJ yes, surely you must of had paperwork ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
