Charged for clothing but order not received

I placed an order with Mudd and Water on July 22 for 4 items, 2 of which were received on the 25th. I have been charged for all 4 items but still no sign of the rest. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling, each time being redirected to an O2 messaging service.
Does anyone know anything about this company? Having had a closer look at the website I notice there is none of the usual FB/Twitter link pages. I have bought Mudd and Water clothing before, but from outlets rather than online.
I bought the products with my credit card, any advice on how to recoup costs would be appreciated, thanks :beer:
