firstly can i say i've had a good look through the advice given here, but we're normal, we don't have arrears, bad credit history, temp jobs, self employed etc etc etc so can't find something. Please point me to the right thread if your not able to answer directly but i'd apprecaite some pointers.
Basically i'm looking for the best mortgage deal around just now, i've an ok from ing direct with no entry or exit fee's but sv of 5.99% and comp of 6.2% and i'm sure there's better out there. I've tried calling brokers but locally they all charge a fee or only use a panel of lenders, not the entire market so i'm hoping for some pointers here.
We're borrowing £80k over 20 years that's 79% of the value. (3x a single salary) But there's flexibility with the term/deposit/loan if a better offer is out there.
Can also pay fee's if needed - planning on keeping the mortgage 3-4 years, and don't care if it's fixed/variable etc etc etc so long as it makes financial sence over the term.
please assume i'll get any mortgage available and tell me the best one xx

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

I'm a bit confused that no-ones answered, yet the 'difficult' (arrears etc) ones are.
Please tell me if i've put this in the wrong place/asked in the wrong way etc.
I'm not looking for a broker, but the best mortage product per the title.
I was hoping there was someone here who knew about mortgages

Are you looking for a local broker so you can do it all face to face or would you be happy to do it online or over the phone?0

just use google make sure its uk only to get rid of the usa ones and ask for something like no broker fees and you will soon find thousands that dont charge a feeI like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0
