That's so weird about the night nurse. Poor you.
I love night nurse. Used to use it when I was on night shift to help me sleep in the AM. It is rancid and looks like methadone but works brilliantly (for me anyway...)Starting Debt (31 Oct 2016) - £12,956 | Current Debt (31 Jan 2017) - £10,465 (20% paid)0 -
Night nurse has been binned, not something I'll use again in the near future.
Good morningfeeling much better today :j
Got lots to do today, so going to be a busy one. Need to do a shop today and work out menu list for next week.
Working from home mon/tues so apart from my interview Tuesday afternoon, should be an easy week next week.
Off to catch up on diaries.0 -
Ooh yuck to Night Nurse, hope you're feeling better since that's gone.
Enjoy your weekend, are you all prepared for your interview?

I'm as prepared as I can be. We both keep going over bits and pieces and in DH's mind, there's no reason why I can't get the job, mine not sure I'm good enough (probably just nerves)0 -
Good luck with the interview. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Morning,
Just struck me, I've been here, lurking and posting for 9 years! That's a heck of a long time being in and out of debt. Good job you lot are friendly
I think even when we do get debt free again, I think I'd still carry on with a diary this time. Some lessons have been learnt, others I need to go over again.
I spent some time over the weekend reading my old diaries, god I waffle on a lot :rotfl:
Kids have the dentist this morning and I'm working from home. DH is out tonight as they're entertaining a client, I'm picking him up later tonight.
Need to wash up, do washing and make stock with the chicken carcass so I can make some spicy chicken soup for dinner tonight, plus make the cottage pie for dinner tomorrow night.
HSBC have confirmed that my savings account is now open, so I'll try later to access it.0 -

Yes definitely carry on with the diary, it just prompts me to think about money saving. I definitely slipped when I wasn't posting.

Definitely, might have to fight the kids for it though :rotfl:0 -
Woo hoo! Just heard from one of the agencies, someone wants to see me
Sold something overnight on Amazon, so packaged up & posted at lunchtime.
Need to get myself fully well again, this cold floored me, so that's my priority over the next few days.
Not much to report money wise. Waiting for pay day on Friday before I can move money about.0
