You've had some wonderful advice on here, it really is such a help

I just wanted to help with the bit above if you don't mind:o

I see you've cleared the balance so that's great, so the next thing to do is to go on to the website, check you're on the best deal for you, pop some meter readings on then you can use the Direct Debit manager tool and adjust your own Direct Debit.

You can regularly pop your reads on and produce a real time bill or balance so you'll always know exactly where you are and avoid a balance.

If you get time have a look round the website as there's some super info about saving energy and lot's of other useful stuff.
