Csa to child maintenance

Has anyone had dealing with this mine has just gone over from the Csa I was getting £60 a week now child maintenance are saying £17 a week a massive difference

    Does the dad need to spend much on staying in contact? e.g on transport, accomdation etc.
    The new rules take this into account now as well as any reduction for overnight stays:

  • I would suspect that he is on a low income topped up by tax credits. Under the CSA, tax credits were taken into account as income. Under CMS they are not, leading to a drop in the income now being taken into account.
    I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.
