problem with google bookmarks

Is any body else having a problem. I can create a bookmark but I cannot remove or edit it, it is the same on 3 browsers.

No it does not,


my list of bookmarks is getting longer and longer.

Are you using google chrome?

Have you tried? click the setting menu on the browser toolbar and go to Bookmarks > Bookmark manager.

Sometimes it can be a sync problem that can cause this if you are signed into google on different browsers,

Try changing the sync settings, untick the bookmarks, clear cookies on all the browsers, try and edit the bookmarks again

Sign back in, see if that works for you

when I bookmark a comp from MSE using the google button below the comp, normally when I have entered I click on remove and a box opens with 'yes or cancel' now when I click on remove nothing happens, and it is the same using IE, Chrome and firefly.

Oh, i see, i have never bookmarked via MSE before, i didn't even know about that

Have you tried what i wrote above?

this is what one of the bookmarks looks like

usually when you click on remove or edit you get some form of action, but nothing happens.

Thanks, i have just tried it to see what happens

Are you still able to add bookmarks? If you can, look in the top right hand corner, is it the correct google account? email address?

Yes I can add more and it is my account.
