Anyone work at Bupa?

Hi,
I've been offered an induction with Bupa as a carer which lasts a week. It's been pretty vague but I'm unsure whether this is paid or unpaid. Do any of you work for Bupa or know the answer to this? Seems a long training if it's not paid. Thanks for any help!

Hi there - I am a comms manager at Bupa, and happened to stumble across this post. I've checked and can confirm that all induction/training time is paid for. I hope this helps!
Best wishes

Thanks for your help. That's what I had thought would usually happen! Looking forward to getting started in my new role now

Hope you don't mind me jumping in on your post, but I have seen an advert for a job with Bupa I'm interested in applying for and wondered if you know what they offer in terms of benefits ie. pension, sick pay, maternity, holiday etc... the only perks I can see advertised are free meals on shift and a welcome bonus.0

Nina, I think as a one off reply your post was fine, and helpful, but now other people are asking questions you might want to read up on the Company Representative posting rules, and if necessary apply to become one (obviously you'd need to clear that with BUPA too if you are posting officially for them).0 -

Sorry didn't mean to cause any issues, my question was actually aimed at the OP since they are taking a care role which is what I am looking at also
So I hoped since they already have the job they might know what benefits come with it. 0 -
To both the OP and supersaverkerry, surely the obvious route to an accurate answer to these questions is to contact BUPA. Particularly so in the case of the OP when a job has been offered.0

No, that's fine, I didn't think you were causing an issue, I was just dropping a hint to Nina in case she decided to answer anyway.0
