Where is the latest house prices from lang registry?

I cannot see any price updates from land registry since March. Anybody knows when they will release their next batch of sold house prices?

Thanks,

It's already been released but for some reason rightmove is broken and doesn't show it, even though it claims to have been updated. If you just go on Land Registry site you can download the latest data in an excel spreadsheet.

Wow this one is giving prices even for June. Do you know if this is a govt website or how they are keeping their data so up to date?

    Thanks,

    Thanks,

From what I understand, it is run by a single person who updates the data regularly as soon as it becomes available on the land registry website.

I believe it is a conspiracy - when prices are rising they are updated as soon as they are published; now we are at the start of a crash of course the shape shifting lizards are suppressing the information.

It is not yet too late to trade in your house for physical silver and bitcoins.
    I think....

It's not broken. I asked RM about this a few weeks ago and they said they were working on a new way to show the data (or something like that).

It was broken for a few days. They typically follow LR fairly quickly after they release. This time they were at least a month out of step and when they initially updated it showed up on the screen as the new date but none of the properties had changed. A few days later the new properties just appeared.......not that I check RM every day or anything :-)

"We apologise that our sold price information for England and Wales only covers the period up until the end of March 2016.
We are working on some changes to how we import the sold price information from Land Registry, and how we match this data to Rightmove listings.
We are doing this to ensure the information we display is as accurate as possible. We hope to have the new data displayed on site very soon"
