Has anyone noticed down valuations recently? Are they justified or is it over-caution?

Buyers tend to be optimistic. After all they are using somebody elses money.0

When downvalues come in groups of two or three they give the impression of a trend. The only people with enough stats to know for sure if values are being overstated are the big surveying companies.I am a Mortgage Broker
