Santander Mortgages (FTB)

I am hoping someone can offer some advise

With Santander Mortgages for FTB after the valuation has taken place do they send the valuation report to EA/Sols separately, are do they wait for the offer of mortgage and send all together,?

If the valuation report is sent separately how long does this normally take?

Have looked on Santander site but it only says how long the application/offer process currently takes

This is just my personal experience but we have just had a Santander mortgage offer and they texted and emailed to say it was offered on the 18th July, which was then confirmed by the broker. It was sent to the solicitor, including the mortgage valuation that week and I received my copy in the post the following Saturday 25th. The mortgage offer and the valuation report were included in the same letter.
