Bounts - Receiving vouchers?

I love this concept as it keeps me active but has anyone actually received any vouchers from them?
I've sent off for 3 (£5 Tesco, £10 Morrisons, £5 Sainsburys) and have yet to receive any.
Also I've noticed that Tesco is no longer a 'member' and all the other supermarkets have sold out!
Just hope they can deliver on their promise and it isn't a scam :undecided

Its not a scan I have recieved 3 vouchers so far. The first two within a week of ordering, the most recent one took a couple of weeks.
I do have serious issues with one of the apps you have to use which means i wont be renewing my membership. So its not perfect and many people on the bounts thread mentioned not recieving vouchers and poor customer service.0 -
It's been weeks since Bounts actually had any vouchers in stock.
All they have is charity donations, money off Gousto which you can easily get a free code for anyway, and other vouchers that you have to pay real money towards (wonder if these vouchers will arrive?).
It's obvious that Bounts is on it's last legs the business model isn't working.0 -
I was recommended Bounts from a friend who'd got several vouchers prior to May. Since then she's struggled as I have. I had written to Bounts a couple of weeks back saying how bad it was, not being able to get vouchers and got standard reply about how they keep restocking. I wrote back yesterday saying it hadn't improved and asked for a refund. Today they've replied and said they'll do it for me 😊0

Yeah I've been waiting for ages for them to get vouchers in stock but it's been months. Seems they're not doing very well which is a shame as it's a great concept! My debt free diary

It is worrying. Just checked and every single cash voucher (all 51 of them) are sold out!! I've been waiting for a few months now to cash mine in at my preferred retailer.
I now have over 3000 points!!! :shocked:0
