Does anyone know where I can buy them. I inherited some from my MIL and they seem indestructible. I've only seen the flimsy looking cheapo wooden ones in stores.
Thanks

Do they have to be wood? If not, these might suit your purpose: http://www.coopersofstortford.co.uk/coopers-of-stortford-set-of-40-stainless-steel-pegs-and-another-40-free-prodst09388i/Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

You might want to read the reviews first - doesn't seem to be any element of 'heavy duty' about these.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -

I wonder if some people got sent the wrong item. The pegs in the photo are 3" long so not small and flimsy.
There are other pegs available on Amazon but the best place to find some would be an old-fashioned hardware store. There aren't many around now but they are worth visiting if you find one.0 -
Thanks everyone.
You would think it wouldn't be too difficult a thing to buy wouldn't you.
I think I have found what I'm looking for, I found it more sucessful to do a google image search, as their text search just came up with the bog standard flimsy ones

I'll check out my local Tesco next time Im in town.
I also really like these

but I dont think I can justify the expense. Though I suppose for hanging out things like duvets and sleeping bags it might be worth having a few in.0 -
would these ones from Lakeland be suitable
