Turkey fillet recipes for 1 or 2 people

Options
Ok so checking the freezer I've managed to collect 5 packets of turkey fillets however not really a fan of turkey so can anyone give me any ideas of meals either for one or two people.

The turkey I've got is this http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/gb/groceries/sainsburys-resealable-turkey-fillets-1kg?langId=44&storeId=10151&krypto=SFW7omC1SRYmVDGL4TmKq1RD%2FhsZ0U%2Bu1%2BJcxFHV00kIqW2Dpbymf85ClyS12Dtsm%2B%2FfVW7Wgt%2F%2Bp11pQcagx85MJx5yiu%2FADGlE9ws8zMdbBbRp9g8N9Aes9aorlO32&ddkey=http%3Agb%2Fgroceries%2Fsainsburys-resealable-turkey-fillets-1kg

Have gas hobs, gas oven, slow cooker, microwave but not a working grill. So what I usually do is turkey kebabs but can't until we get a new cooker.

I have blitzed mine in a processor added spices etc made into patties, fried then put in wraps with salad. I have done Indian,Thai or Mexican ones.

I also have put them in curry, longer cooking makes the turkey tenderise.

I use it in place of chicken breast, curry,s, and other 'sauced' meals - have a look at Pinterest, is a huge wealth of recipes, one of my fav's is this one

Turkey bolognese/chili might be an option if you're not keen on turkey on its own

If you're not keen, you probably need to get it done with the least effort involved. Cut into chunks and lob it in the slow cooker with the sauce of your choice (home made or a jar). Curry, sweet/sour, just a turkey stew, something exotic like sweet chilli sauce... your choice of whatever sauce you fancy with it.

Or, there's stir fry on the hob.

This is my favourite turkey recipe

    http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/turkey-recipes/turkey-and-sweet-leek-pie/

Doesn't matter if you don't have all the ingredients, just chuck in what you have. I poach the raw turkey first then cut into chunks to make the pie filling

The one ingredient not to miss out ( other then the turkey and leaks )is the thyme. I rarely bother with chestnuts, lardons etc

Turkey bolognaise is nicer then beef actually, much firmer texture.
