Our BTL fixed deal ends next month, we have the nightmare of shopping around trying to get off the SVR.

    Mortgage required - £38,000.
    Value - £60-£65,000.
    Rents at £420 pcm.

In addition to this, we have our house which is up again. Its a 2 mortgage deal i guess. House is £78,500 ishy left to pay, with value anywhere between £135-£150k. It sold for £159k in 2006, however we paid £124k 2 years ago (new garage roof, new boiler, new rads etc) after it was empty for an extended period.

Ideally, id like a 10yr fixed deal on everything....

Income.... i think im £37k, plus rental profit.
