Hi
Does anyone know of a lender who offers a product on the help to buy equity loan scheme with an ltv of less than 75%? We currently have a 13% deposit, 20% equity loan and require a 67% mortgage. Been in contact with natwest, Barclays, post office and Leeds vs all of whom will only lend 75%.

Post Office/BoI doesn't lend on HTB Equity Loan.
In England, the rest do and will all do less than 75%. The minimum deposit is 5% but as the minimum mortgage is only 25%, the maximum deposit is 55% with a 20% equity loan.
NatWest had a smaller maximum deposit but that changed this week.
Get yourself an independent broker as none of the lenders you mention is noted for its equity loan product rates.I am a mortgage broker.
