Are you overweight? New bra or shirt? Change of washing machine or laundry powder?
We used to use unscented talcum powder for what was called 'lorry driver's bum' but is the redness chafing or the beginnings of an infection?
Your doctor is probably the best first port of call.0 -

Lush silky underwear dusting powder is really helpful for keeping you dry and helps with the chafing. I use it, ahem sorry, under my breasts, works a treat! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2015/2016/2017/2018

Wash, thoroughly dry, apply some talcum powder before you go to sleep at night. If you're really concerned, you should check with your doctor.0

I think a pharmacist would be as good as a doctor and much easier to get to see! They have private consultation rooms in pharmacies so you won't have to get your pits out on the shop floor!
It may be a fungal infection in which case the pharmacist can recommend a suitable treatment to clear it up quickly.0 -

I was about to suggest the same. The pharmacist probably has more experience of the range of products, than a GP, who only knows about medical treatments.
Sometimes deodorant can suddenly irritate, when it has been fine before, so I'd suggest not using it and washing with something like the Simple range. (They also do talc)0
