I'm sorry but I can't find the recipe files and maybe there's a recipe on there which would do, but if not, has anyone got a recipe for spelt bread, either wholemeal/brown or white but spelt only - no ordinary wheat ? I went to a craft fair recently and there was a London baker there selling brilliant brown-looking 100% spelt bread which was wonderful. I make bread in my Kenwood, not in a machine, but would be very grateful for any advice/recipes. Thankyou

I'm sure Paul Hillywood has a Spelt loaf recipe ,will check in his books and post back I haven't made it yet it's on my to do list ��X

There are recipe files on the August 2016 grocery challenge. I didn't see any spelt recipes but did a Google search of 100% spelt bread recipes and quite a few came up. These are American measurements because that's where I live so you might want to try your own search to get the measurements for UK cooking.
