Hi. I've been stupid and I need your help and advice. There are two orders charging land due to issue on my house. To the tune of about £2200. I can pay one off. £1100 approx And make inroads into the other, but I really need to re mortgage. I am
Approaching End of interest only term so choices are pay morgage off or sell house. Presently 62k mortgage on the house and worth about 120k, will this affect my Mortage application to the point where it isn't worth even applying? Any advice is appreciated.
