Mortgage with negative interest rates coming

Hi,
I am on a tracker + 0.89%. If the BOE were to lower interest rates by 1% would I actually earn money on my mortgage?
I can imagine the replies: floor at 0% probably.
but we also thought our interest rate we earn on our savings would have a floor at 0% and it looks like this could change...

I was reading the other day about RBS / Natwest charging business customers negative intrest
