Parents Paying Fees

My parents are very kindly paying my fees for me (solicitors fees and stamp duty) which amounts to about £3500. Do I have to declare this as some sort of gift? My deposit all comes from the sale of my current property.

i wouldnt. get them to transfer the sum into your account and pay the fees yourself though.0
