Any flour that I buy goes straight in the freezer for 48 hours, never had weevilsBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Agree with freezing flour, although I always freeze for four days, sometimes longer if I forget. I pop the unopened bag of flour into a plastic bag to save flour getting damp, also to save on any spillage of flour.
If you already have flour mites which have spread through your cupboards and into other foods, then a bit more work involved. Do let us know if this is the case.0
