I have a 2nd mortgage with Blenheim finance now together of £26,000...about 2 years after it was taken out my husband lost his job.. i worked part time& with children finances became strained started missing payments on most things over a 9 month period, we have now both been back in work for 6 years and have made regular payments on everything, a few years back.. i contacted Blenheim and set up to pay a little extra each month, i pay £155.00 per month..but the interest on the arrears spiraling out of control i now owe £29,000 due to interest ... with not a great credit rating and only card options at 29% i cant see a way out of this spiraling further. any genuine advise would be great... some years back i asked Blenheim if i could add arrears to loan to stop spiraling interest, they said its not there policy, Without a great credit rating im worried about trying to re mortgage that loan in case of being declined and further reducing my slow improving credit.

Fire over a complaint to them advising them of the situation and asking what they can do to ensure you do not get further in to debt.
