Has anybody bought a flat with Nationwide?

Hi,
Has anybody on here bought a flat with Nationwide? I have my survey coming up and am very, very nervous.

It's four storeys including ground floor without a lift. It isn't ex-council.

I think the price will be okay, I am just a very anxious person. It's a tough time in my life and bittersweet so I want it to go through okay. I've got my heart set on the place (I know you shouldn't, but it's a new start).

So just wondering if people had recently got a flat with Nationwide as their lender? :)

Thank you

My sister did and she hasn't had any problems.

Try not to worry about something that will probably all go ok - and if there are any issues you can always ask back here.

    And good luck.

I remortgaged my flat with Nationwide. 9th floor of 14 and commercial on the ground floor!

All went through without a hitch.

My mum bought her flat with a Nationwide mortgage, had no problems taking it out or when she refinanced the mortgage. Fingers crossed all goes well for you! :)
