Irish Personal Retirement Bond Transfer to UK

I have a Personal Retirement Bond held in Ireland (Eire) denominated in Euros. I now am full time in the UK and will retire here. I don't want to have an Irish pension pot but don't know how to transfer this to the UK.

I've contacted several SIPP providers but they won't accepted transfers in from overseas accounts. I also don't want to incur any tax liabilities as I want to use this as part of my retirement income.

I only worked in Ireland for about 3 years so probably am not eligible for an Irish State pension.

I can't seem to get concrete advice from anyone so any help here gratefully received
