I intend to spend nowt today... my car is in the garage but i'm living in hope that they won't bill me today! So technically a NSD day but not really! lol
Brought my own lunch, juice and chocolate to work... so no reason to spend any money.
Oooooo-er, just realised i bought a magazine subs thru Quidco, cost £1 for 3 months, £4.60 (i think) cashback showing in my account. So can i still call it a NSD, since the £1 spent has made me money!
How twisted is the logic in my ramblings!! Please excuse me!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Thanks, pbr - the interview went quite well, although it was a lot shorter than I had expected.
Enjoy the football - who are you going to watch?
Keep us updated! I'm sure Moozie will allow you some chocolate whatever the outcome!
I'm only going to watch the England v Russia game - I've got no TV at the moment, so I'm forced to watch it in the pub.
Overpay!0 -

Hi AnniestarMorning(well almost:rotfl: )gang, nothing today although I have been spending it like i'm printing it:eek:  (How I wish I was!!) In the last week i have spent (sit down-NOW) £142 on blood tests and antinbiotics for one of my beautiful cats; £27.05 on a follow up consultation for her; £22.50 on Frontline. Tomorrow she is having an opreation which will cost??????????    Thats without any food or petrol . But what the hell! Will worry about that when she comes home safe and well tomorrow evening. Have a good day gang. Will report soon.A XXX
Expensive creatures, aren't they (well they can be) but so so worth it. Have you thought about getting Frontline from an online company? Last time I got some I used Petmeds.co.uk with 5% cashback from Quidco - it was about half the price of my local vets - 15.49 for 6 pipettes. There are some others too around the same price, there's a thread on the Pets board if you're interested
Hope your kitty's operation all goes well

Bored though...just waiting for phone calls, need to do some housework but have zero motivationNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
I've spent nowt so far - and hoping to get to the end of the day without spending anything!
I did some part time work this morning, brought lunch to work, walked into town rather than bus, and put £120 cheque from work into savings account - along with £80 of £2 coins. Hooray!
Lunch was home made bread, home made soup, and home made bara brith, with apples of mate's tree. So I spent very little on all that in the first place too. I'm getting the hang of this!0 -
have zero motivation
Must admit, Gemmzie, my motivation level seems to have taken a nosedive today, as well - don't really know why.

Sorry tvt - just have to laugh. I didn't know, either, but didn't want to look silly by asking, so I've just 'googled it' - It's described as a Welsh Speckled Bread or Fruitloaf - must admit it looks absolutely delicious.:beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
