Birthday treats

Really wasn't sure where was best to place this one, however, as a birthday is a "special occasion", maybe here is best!
It was my birthday earlier this week, and I got quite a few emails offering my freebies, and it got me thinking - where else is worth signing up (All of the following are companies that I use anyway).
Paperchase - free reward card, birthday treat of £5
Greggs - free sweet of choice
Krispy Kreme Donuts - free donut of choice
Patisserie Valerie - free cupcake
I also got lots of emails offering a free drink, or free meal, when dining with X number of friends. For this thread, I am more interested in "FREE"!
So..... where else is worth signing up to, if it is a company we like to use anyway!
