new job near/after discharge

Morning all,
I completed my early discharge forms back in August and got them straight back. From what I've found on this forum, by my calculations, assuming the OR's workload isn't too high, I could expect early discharge by early November.
In the meantime, I've decided on a change of job. Which is all good, but, it will involve a considerable increase in income. I know that if i do this in BR then i have to inform the OR and I expect to lose some of that extra for 3 years. However, if I change jobs after discharge, will I still have to inform the OR?
Thanks
Tony

As long as an IPA/IPO has not been agreed/imposed before your discharge, then the answer is absolutely not.
There are quite a few if/buts in bankruptcy, but this one is clearly defined in the insolvency legislation. Good luck with the early discharge.

Hi Fermi, and thank you.
The only payment order I have is in the form of a zero rated tax code until the end of the tax year. I'm assuming that will have to be re-assessed and could quite well trigger a whole new SOA to be completed.0
