i've set up a dmp with cccs, i posted all the paperwork back to them that they asked for (recent statements from creditors, etc) and sent a notification of dmp to each creditor. i did everything cccs's initial letter told me to do, but i posted all of this about three weeks ago and i've so far heard NOTHING..??? i thought i would have received my welcome pack from cccs by now? my dmp is due to start on the 1st of october, and i'm starting to panic as i've heard nothing from anybody: i tried ringing cccs yesterday but the lines were busy and i kept getting cut off, i've emailed them twice with my query but they have not replied to me...

should i be worried? how long did it take for you to receive YOUR welcome pack and get things rolling?

well thanks hypno, i looked at that thread, and now i'm even more concerned - someone on there said they received their welcome pack within 5 working days :eek: i feel so lonely, where's my pack?

i suppose i'm going to have to spend all day trying to get through on the phone, seeing as they've never answered my emails. i'm just worried bevcause if they haven't received any of my paperwork, then it's going to stuff everything up for my start-date of 1st october, which i have already informed all my creditors of :eek:

Someone posted yesterday to say that they would expect anyone applying now to still be able to set up in time for Oct 1st, so hopefully even if yours has got lost they will still be ok for your intended start.

If you can't get through on the phone, have you tried using their "debt remedy" part of the website. I believe you can set up your DMP on that?

Sorry I am not much help - not on a DMP you see so don't really know any more than that!!

I hope you are able to get through to them today and manage to put your mind at rest.

hypno, many thanks for taking time to reply to me.

i just got through on the phone, and the lady told me that all my paperwork had been received, that there was no problems with it, and that my welcome pack was posted to me on september 4th. she said that, as they post them 2nd class, it can take about 10 days to reach me, so hopefully i'll have it in a day or two! :T :T :T :T :T
