  • Just back from yet another pointless visit to the ACM. I have to agree that the days of super offers seem to have gone. Beginning to feel it's not worth going into the store any more only to come out feeling thoroughly disappointed. Maybe give it a miss for a few weeks !!

Had a quick look in the book but cant see any games consoles at all.

Anyway just back from town dragged 6 GG back with me. Found out the toy my son really want for crimbo is £50 and its in boots, yay. Never bought anything in Boots as im waiting for the shopping night, so still have all my piggy vouchers did spend all my arcadia ones though on a new winter wardrbe. Got back to find out that my two tops for 80p from littlewoods ha arrived too so great day for me today. Just going to upate the first post never had time to do it this morning as i was running for the train.

Dont know why im talking jibberish think im still buzzing from shopping :rotfl:

Can someone whos experienced at boots thing help me with this as i'm not sure the best way to do it.. please tell me if im being totally stupid! as its not unusual..

I have £93 on my AC..

I want to buy my daughter the fisher price my baby for xmas (£50) but dont know if its instore yet or just online...

If it is instore i need to build my points up to £100 so i can then use, £50 on FP doll, another £50 toy and get up to a £50 toy free...

    Stupid dilema i know BUT:

    * Do i spend money to build my points up by £7 (which could add up in real money terms of what i spend) .. if so, any ideas on best way to build them with a minimum spend.

    * or Do i wait until the xmas points night, spend £50 in real money on presents and gain the 1000 pts then still have the £93 on my card to use..

see i told you im daft but my head is spinning and i obviously have nothing better to think about today.

Personally unless you needed the other 2 £50 things i would pay cash/ piggy vouchers and get the points on the night. However, If you decide that you want to build up to £100 you could buy 9 packs of rennies from .com and get 1152 points. Then car boot them? :o
