Silverline 72" level without £10 extra postage!!

Does anyone know where I can buy a 72" silverline level in N Ireland without a massive postage surcharge? On about 5/6 Uk online sites they are approx £12/15 but then a £8/15 postage surcharge.

FYI: Toolstation.com has added a £15 postage surcharge a few months ago to NI and the highlands. Screwfix.com did similar but has now revised this and we can have free postage if we spend over £100 (better than nothing I suppose!!:o
