First time buyer, shared ownership - what mortgage?

Hi all.

Myself and partner are first time buyers and will shortly be making a joint application for a mortage on our first home.

The property will be on a shared ownership basis with us paying a mortgage on a 35% share, equal to £65000.

Can anyone reccommend a mortgage that meets the following criteria and best suits our circumstances:

-2 year fixed rate
-Fixed rate under 6% (if possible)
-Shared ownership mortgage
-Low early repayment fee.

Don't do it would be my opinion. Prices are on there way down IMO, and you'll be left holding a very expensive 1/3 of a baby.
