1. This promotion is open to UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of The Promotions Factory, any Sky UK Limited company (“Sky”), companies associated with the promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the promotion.

Promotional Period

2. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 25 July 2016 and closes at 23:59 on 14 August 2016 (the “Promotional Period”).

Entry Requirements

3. Online entry required. To enter this promotion, all you need to do is enter and submit your name and requested details at skysports.com/Win. Entrants will receive a second entry into the prize draw by sharing the promotion on twitter via the sharing link on the ‘Thank You for Entering Page’.

4. A maximum of two entries (one initial entry and one social media sharing entry) per person over the Promotional Period. Entries sent in through agents, third parties’ websites or multiple accounts will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will also be disqualified. Once an entrant has been selected as a winner they are not eligible to win another prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

5. One winner will be selected by a random computer generated prize draw every day throughout the Promotional Period from all eligible entries received up until that point (from 00:01 on 25 July 2016). The first prize draw will take place at 10:00 on 26 July 2016 and the final draw will take place at 10:00 on 15 August 2016. Once you have entered you will remain in every prize draw for the duration of the Promotional Period unless you are selected as a winner, at which point you will not be eligible to win another prize. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 working hours of each random computer generated prize draw being made.

6. The winners will be required to provide the following information to the Promoter (or third party it nominates to issue and manage the prize) within 14 days of being informed that they’ve won: full name, age, phone number and residential address to send the prize to. If the winners have not responded within 14 days, or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

7. If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Prizes

8. There are 21 prize packages to be won (the ‘Prize’). Each winner will be allocated one Prize, consisting of:

• 1 x Sky Q subscription for 18 months at no charge (as per the terms and conditions, Sky will loan the winner a Sky Q Silver box and Sky Q Mini Box) consisting of:
• 1 x Sky Q TV package including Sky Sports and Sky Movies.
• No charge for Smart Features Fee.
• Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions.
• 1 x 43” UHD LG TV.

Prize conditions

9. The winner will be required to enter into a new Sky Q subscription contract. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer, your Sky digital, Sky+ and/or Sky+HD subscriptions will come to an end and you must enter into a new Sky Q subscription contract.

10. After your 18 month Sky Q Silver subscription comes to an end, standard subscription charges will apply (currently from £54 a month [Currently from €113.50 a month in Republic of Ireland]), unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. The Sky Q Silver box, the Sky Q Mini and all other Sky Q kit is loaned to the winner at no cost and must be returned when the winner’s Sky Q subscription terminates. Mechanical faults with the Sky Q kit will be repaired at no extra cost.

11. The Prize does not include:
• A broadband subscription (to experience Sky Q Silver features to the full, we recommend connecting your boxes to home broadband. An example of unlimited broadband is Sky Broadband Unlimited)
• Sky Box Office, stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events.
• Watching on an extra TV screen comes at a one-off cost of £99 (€99 in the Republic of Ireland) and we’ll loan you an extra Sky Q Mini at no cost (recommend connecting no more than 4 Sky Q Minis in total).

12. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.

13. Engineer set-up required.

14. The winner must get any consents required (e.g. landlord’s) prior to installation.

15. Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation and prize delivery by 31 August 2016. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.

16. Delivery of 43” UHD LG TV will be made within 28 days of winner accepting prize and providing details outlined in term 6.

Data Protection

17. Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.
