Advice please re DCA

My ex-partner received a phone call from a DCA about 5 weeks ago chasing a debt for a shop card from about 2001. We were together at around this time and I am very sure we actually paid the debt back then, but it was so long ago that we may not have. My ex-partner was caught off guard and gave the DCA an on the spot SOA which I believe is inaccurate. She is on benefits and somehow they got her to agree to pay £7 a week. From benefits this leaves her too little to get by. I went bankrupt in May this year and owed my then bank a lot of money which was included in the BR. My questions are thus...

Can I get statements from my bank from so long ago or will they just tell me to sod off as the account now belongs to the OR.

Can my ex still insist on seeing a CCA or the fact she agreed a payment and has made payments prove she has acknowledged the debt.

Does she have a right to appeal the amount agreed.

I hope you can help as she is very worried about the situation atm and I would like to try any way I can to help her in this matter.

Many Thanks
