Why has Generali been PPR'd again?

I didn't see anything when I checked his posting history, did anyone see any contentious posts that were removed?

    - BTL changes meaning fewer "investment" landlords, decreasing supply and pushing rents up

Markets are elastic. People are elastic. Things aren't as predictable as you suggest.

What happens to free speech when someone gets to decide whether you have a voice?

Websites are private property; you don't have a right to free speech on them any more than I have a right to come onto your property and say anything I like to you.

will Brexit happen next year? You're more likely going to be back by the time it all unfolds, though 1bed usually are much more resilient than larger properties.

This ban seems to have been going on for nearly a month.

Sounds like someone is intent on undermining the forums. The other day one poster accused another of being a fascist and suffered no consequence. There also seems to be a conspiracy of silence in explaining how these seemingly arbitary things work.

When will the powers that be realise that less people are around to help MSE forum users if the discussion threads are allowed to die.
Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.

As you can see from the link - Rents are increasing in most regions and the change in tenant income vs last year has decreased for new tenancies.
