Terms and Conditions for L'Oréal Paris - Win a £1000 Shopping Spree with L'Oréal Paris De-maq

1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal Paris employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw, and entries must be via the official L’Oréal Paris De-maq website.
4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. L’Oréal Paris takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 7/10/07. The prize draw will take place on 15/10/07. L’Oréal Paris reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. The prize may be taken on a date convenient to the winner before the 1/6/08.
8. One completed entry drawn at random will be selected as the winner. There shall be no runners up.
9. The entry drawn at random will receive £1,000 in Selfridge’s vouchers. Additionally up to £200 is available to help cover travel expenses to the closest Selfridge’s store to the winner’s home address (either London, Birmingham or Manchester). These travel arrangements will be arranged for the winner by L’Oréal or an appointed agent for day return travel in Standard or Economy class where applicable. Any additional costs incurred above £200 for travel will be met by the winner.
10. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw date.
11. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. However, if an item is unavailable, L’Oréal Paris reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equivalent value at its absolute discretion.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winner agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
14. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
16. Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible.
17. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
18. English Law applies and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
