Hi All,
I was just wondering if someone is able to shed some light on a little issue that I am facing.
I am due to exchange contracts on the 19th Aug and we are first time buyers. My luck is usually pretty bad so at times I tend to take little risks, but talking about luck my car has decided to give up on me.
Now as most of our money is going towards the house, I was thinking of buying a car and putting it on my credit card.
I spoke to my mortgage advisor and he has advised against it saying that before the funds are released, the lenders may do one last check.
My advisor has been pretty solid throughout this whole process and I tend to follow his advice, just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar position?

Stick to the brokers advice you shouldn't make any changes between offer and completion.I am a Mortgage & Protection Broker
