hi i entered the trinny and suzanna comp through waterstones. although the prize was over the date advertised a lady phoned to say i would still get the prize. have tried e mailing them and even phoned but can't seem to get a reply. why did they bother to phone me to tell me i had won if they weren't going to give me the prize? all my pals think i am a liar and have made it up
