FTB - will overdraft affect mortgage application

hi
I have just received a DIP with Natwest and planning to make an offer on a house next week.
I have an overdraft for £1,000 which I have used continuously out of habit as I can easily pay it off with savings(sometimes to the limit but never gone above it). After doing a bit of research (should have done this months ago - too late now).I think this might be an issue when I submit a mortgage application.
Does anyone have any experience of having a mortgage accepted when they were overdrawn?
FTB
10% deposit
House Value £200k
No other debt - credit cards paid off in full each month
sole application

Many factors to get pass on mortgage than just a overdraft.
If you are easily fit on affordability, than it should not be a problem. However lender may think that you are not capable enough due to overdraft entries.
Pay it off if you have saving.
