It can be really expensive running shared ownership and there are varying schemes. If you are seriously contemplating it please feel free to pm me and I'll try to go through the advantages and disadvantages (assuming you are in England or Wales!)

Council tax 122.00

if you can get this cheaper anywhere go for it, use eswitch (or similar) for prices, quidco(or similar) for cash back
Buildings/contents insurance 48.00 if you can get this cheaper anywhere go for it, use eswitch (or similar) for prices, quidco(or similar) for cash back

Please pick away guys any help greatly received. Trying very hard to stick to this budget but something else seems to always crop up & i dread the time when the car needs work doing!
I think savings can be made, having read about the possible house sale, you may save on council tax as well when you move.
As most people will have suggested try to cut the cost of all utilities and use cashback sies to switch where available.
Other ways of looking at this is to have a house declutter, find out what you dont need or use anymore and sell it on ebay or carboots.
That way moving costs will be less, a lot of people on here say about the virtue of a decluttered home, im one of them
, lots less to clean as well
