I really need a consolidation loan for around £15000 pref paying off over 3-3.5 years, I'm self employed and have had a couple of late credit card payments. I have numerous items I'm paying for every month its costing me a fortune. Can anyone steer me towards a company that will consider me, self employed trading 14 months, currently forking out: over £900 A month on loan, car payment, and 2 credit cards.
any Ideas People ???
thanks in advance

Another idea - Don't speak to your lenders, I tried that many years ago and far from 'being there to help' as they advertise, most unleashed the most unpleasant rottweilers ever - They all ring you every day for an update, a new repayment proposal (Presumably hoping the money fairy has visited), or just to abuse you! And you have to Default before they can even 'negotiate' better repayments, so you c up your credit rating, and get a direct line to the Collections Team, aka The Gestapo. Sorry if it sounds cynical, but some really were bad.
I do acknowledge that consolidation can also make matters worse so it is not a decision to take lightly - A good idea is to try one of the comparison sites like Moneysupermarket.com, be honest and see what they recommend.0
