1 WIN A 7 NIGHT HOLIDAY TO ALABAMA

1. By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

1. Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win a 7 night tea inspired holiday to Alabama’

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Whittard of Chelsea, Alabama Tourism, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.

1. Entries are to be submitted upon on the following website: https://www.whittard.co.uk/customer/info/crm

1. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.

1. Only one entry per household and entrants must be over 25 years old. The winner or their guest must be 25 or over and have a full driving licence to take the car hire element.

1. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Whittard of Chelsea. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Whittard of Chelsea reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

1. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department of Whittard of Chelsea, Windrush House, Windrush Park Road, Witney, OX29 7DX or email [EMAIL="info@whittard.co.uk"]info@whittard.co.uk[/EMAIL]

1. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.

1. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports ESTA or visa and are legally entitled to travel with a full UK passport. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner’s responsibility. Alabama Tourism cannot be held responsible for denied entry to the USA.

1. The holiday prize for 2 people to Alabama comprises of:

-2 x Economy Return flights from the UK to Atlanta
-Intermediate size car rental from Atlanta for 7 nights with All Inclusive insurance
-7 nights hotel accommodation 3 Star or above on room only basis based on two adults sharing a Twin/Double room
-Admission to key Alabama attractions
-An Etiquette School of Birmingham experience to take tea - The Etiquette School of Birmingham provides instruction on the etiquette of taking tea and this activity will take place at a convenient location within Birmingham at a hotel or similar for winners of the prize

1. The prize is subject to availability and all travel to be taken before 01 June 2017. Travel cannot take place 01 Jul-31 August, 07 Dec-24 Dec. or 14 Apr - 28 Apr.

1. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money (d) UK transfers

1. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Whittard of Chelsea or Alabama Tourist Board reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

1. No responsibility will be accepted by Whittard of Chelsea for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
