can I make stock in a haybox?

Just a thought really, I've started making a few meals in a haybox and they've turned out really well and it's been lovely not having the cooker on for so long with it being so warm recently.
Would I be able to make stock in a haybox or does the stock need to bubble and simmer to get the good stuff out of the bones?
I have had a google but I can only find recipes using stock in a haybox or instructions on building one.

It really needs to bubble and reduce down, so I don't think a haybox would be suitable.0
