Hi, We need to obtain a mortgage of £50,000 preferably to be paid over 5 years,(main mortgage is paid off) husband is a 67 year old fit strong working 60 hours a week man, I am 57 doing the same in our own business. Have our own home, life insurance etc etc. Can anyone help please ?

What age is your husband going to work to? That is going to be your main problem. Can you afford it on your income alone?
