Is anyone playing this? Can anyone tell me how to do the hammer throw as I can't get it at all.

Saw someone say the below on facebook and I've finally managed it!


"Think I've finally worked it out. Wait until it goes from greyed out green to just green. Then wait til the athlete is going to throw into the target zone hit up arrow/mouse button, then wait til the wee target goes into the top "zone".
At first I was hitting the arrow when it was still greyed out, but seemed to pick it up."
