    Thanks guys and yes tsharp my hubs and I do still both work, unfortunately there are always other bills to pay and of course he has to keep me in the manner I'm accustomed to (Ha Ha) but its nice being able to return home after work knowing that the house is all ours!!!

    2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.
